Who is responsible for your information
The business operating poaindubai.ae decides how and why your personal information is used, and is responsible for looking after it. Contact details are at the end of this page.
What we collect
From this website, only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your telephone number if you give one, the subject you pick and your message.
When you instruct us on a matter, we also receive what the work needs. That usually means a copy of your passport and your Emirates ID, and whatever the deed attaches to, which can include a title deed, a vehicle registration, a trade licence, a marriage or birth certificate or a court reference. We take these because they are what the notary and the receiving authority require.
What this website does not do
No tracking on this site
Checked on 23 September 2026: an ordinary visit to this site sets no cookies at all. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, no session recording and no advertising tag anywhere on it.
One thing does leave the site. The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, so your browser asks Google for them and Google can see your IP address when it does. That is the only third party your browser contacts on an ordinary page.
If you use the WhatsApp button you leave this site and WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the conversation. If you use the map link you go to Google Maps on the same basis.
Why we use it
- to answer your enquiry
- to draft the deed and have it translated correctly
- to check that your documents are in order before anything is submitted
- to book and attend the appointment, and to arrange attestation
- to keep a record of the work we did for you, which we may need if a question about the document comes up later
Who we share it with
Only the people the work requires, and only what the step needs:
- the notary public, and the government authority handling the ratification or attestation
- a legal translator, where a translation is needed
- a courier, where a physical document has to be delivered
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not part of carrying out your instruction. We may disclose information where the law requires it or where a court or competent authority orders it.
Sending us documents
Most people send identity documents by WhatsApp or by email because it is the quickest route. Both are reasonable for this purpose but neither is under our control end to end. If you would rather not send a copy of an identity document that way, tell us and we will arrange another route.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become a matter is kept only while it is useful to answer it and is then deleted. Where we have carried out work, we keep the file for as long as the law requires records of that kind to be kept, and for as long as it may be needed to deal with a question about the document. We do not keep it longer than that. If you want to know what we hold on your matter, ask.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiries submitted through the form are stored in the site’s own administration area, which is password protected and only reachable by people who need it. Access to matter files is limited to the people working on them.
Your rights
Under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, to restrict what we do with it, or to provide it to you in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not undo something already done with your permission, and where we need information to carry out a matter you have instructed, we may not be able to continue without it.
To exercise any of these, email the address below. We will not charge you for asking and we will come back to you as quickly as we can.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first and give us the chance to put it right. You also have the right to raise it with the competent data protection authority in the United Arab Emirates.
Children
This service is for adults. Where a matter concerns a child, for example a travel consent or a guardianship deed, we receive the child’s details from a parent or guardian and use them only for that matter.
Changes to this policy
If what we do with information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top tells you when it last did.
