- whether you are in the UAE or signing from abroad
- anything the matter attaches to, such as a title deed or a vehicle registration
- any wording the receiving office has already insisted on

We draft, translate, check and attend. Ratification is carried out before a notary public.
What happens after you send it
No automated sequence, and nobody else gets your documents.
- We read what you sent. We look at the act you need and at the wording that act requires, not at a template.
- We come back with questions or with a plan. If something is missing we say exactly what, rather than asking for everything.
- We tell you the government fees and what to bring. Those fees are the authority’s and we pass them on at cost.
- We draft, and you read it before anyone signs. If the wording is wrong it is cheapest to find out here.
- We attend the appointment with you. The notary ratifies it.

If you write outside those hours it still reaches us, and you will get a reply when we open. Government counters keep their own hours, which are not always ours.
Before you write
Do I need to come to the office?
Not to begin with, and often not at all until the signing. Most of the work is the wording, and that can be settled by message. You are welcome to come in if you would rather go through it in person.
Can I send my passport by WhatsApp?
Most people do, because it is quickest. It is a reasonable way to send a document but it is not under our control end to end. If you would rather not, say so and we will arrange another route.
Will you tell me the cost before I commit to anything?
Yes. We tell you what the government fee is, which is the authority’s and not ours, and what our own work comes to, before you agree to anything.
Can you reply in Arabic?
Yes. Write to us in Arabic and you will get Arabic back.
